Being lonely is a horrible feeling. For some people, like myself, we don’t mind the loneliness and would prefer to be on our own and doing our own things, but others literally crave for somebody to be with them; somebody to love them and be there for them every day.

Relationships happen when two people take their preexisting friendship and transition to the next level, one which brings them closer together physically and spiritually. I wrote a post a while back about exercising to relieve stress, and only recently did I realise how much more in depth I could be about the most basic and widely done form of exercising; walking.

If you think about it, we’re walking all the time; when we get out of bed, we have to walk to the bathroom to clean our teeth and comb our hair, then walk to the kitchen to make a drink and some breakfast, before finally walking back to where we need to go (in my case, to my computer because I’m a huge nerd).
