Hello, stress busters! My name is Jamie Young, and welcome to what is essentially my very first website. I created Relieve That Stress because I wanted to share with you what I think, personally, are the best ways to combat any strong bouts of stress.

Stress, ultimately, is a natural thing. Everybody has encountered it in their lives; whether it be at work, at school, or even at home; stress, unfortunately, is something which is utterly impossible to avoid.

I know by personal experience how mind numbingly difficult it can be to cope with stress; being affected with Asperger’s, I find life and its complications difficult and very stressful. After dropping out of university because of stress a few years ago, I’ve started becoming depressed and anxious in general alongside stress as a result; at a ripe young age of 21, I have a whole life ahead of me, which I absolutely cannot let be dragged down by any harmful diversions such as these. Fortunately, I’ve been able to use a few different methods which have helped to calm me down and somewhat soothe me of these nuisances.

I created this website to, hopefully, help YOU overcome any stress you may be dealing with at the moment too. Whether any methods or strategies which helped me will help you the same way or not, I hope that this website will at least give you some idea of how to keep calm and carry on from life’s hurdles.
