Breaks

What I mean by “breaks” is basically stuff outside of work, home and school. This can be as simple as a day out somewhere, to something more broad like a holiday. Whatever you may choose as a way to escape the antagonizing pressure of stress from the drop down menu, any one of them will surely allow your mind to catch a breather from stressing thoughts, and give you the time you need to properly think about how to tackle that one assignment or that nasty piece of homework without getting stressed out about it.
