Exercise is one of the greatest things you can do to your body, and the best part is that you can do it not only for free, but you could also do it right here and right now… provided you’re able to and aren’t in a meeting or exam, of course.

Now, don’t worry if you’re the kind of person who would rather die than exercise; I’m like that too, so you aren’t alone. You can, however, get away with as little as 10-30 minutes of exercise every day, and still be super fit and healthy. Exercise is a quick and easy, but very effective antidepressant for your body; if you’re feeling down in the dumps and stressed out, spend a few minutes walking up and down the stairs at home; or, if you are at work, make an excuse to walk around the workplace for a short while – provided it’s safe, of course – and you will thank yourself later.
