What better way to escape the daunting presence of stress than to run into the arms of the ones who care for you the most… hopefully, in your case. Visiting your family, or even a single member, can bring all sorts of joy to both yourself and them. They are a great way for you to express how you are feeling in the current time, and if you’re lucky, they may even give you some advice on how to deal with whatever emotional strain you’re feeling. So the next time you’re feeling the pressure of work or university, come and meet your family if you have the time. Or, if you’re too far away from them to have a quick visit, at least call them or write to them… any option would be more effective than not doing anything.
